In 2010, he flipped the script and set up Quove Accounting, prioritizing the quality of service and unifying accounting and tax services under one umbrella.

He unified services without the divide-and-conquer nonsense through openness, value for money, and a dollop of excitement - although he officially calls it Excellence!
